About the role

  • Performs a range of routine sustainability technical activities to support the integration of sustainable practices, technologies and solutions.
  • Supports basic analysis of sustainability strategies, practices and technologies.
  • Conducts analyses of sustainable practices and strategies to identify opportunities and assess impacts.
  • Supports internal partnerships for sustainability practices, policies and initiatives.
  • Engages with external partners on sustainability initiatives.
  • Monitors key sustainability strategy metrics and reports indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Environmental Management, Agronomy, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in corporate sustainability and/or community development projects.
  • Experience with internal communication and reporting flows between departments.
  • Experience in data collection, organization, basic analysis and dashboards.
  • Reporting and dashboard tools (Power BI).
  • Advanced English (for reading international standards, trainings, reports and meetings with a global team).
