Prepares complex financial and non financial reports for internal partners
Develops reports and dashboards to track business performance against plans, budgets, forecasts and other key performance indicators
Reviews and communicates insights based on financial analysis and research to support strategic business decision making
Reviews cost analysis for specific products, projects, or plants to better understand cost drivers and opportunities for improvement
Maintains knowledge of industry trends and accounting standards
Leads the implementation of effective management reporting practices

Requirements

Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience
Plant manufacturing or supply chain experience
Advanced data analytical skills for using spreadsheets and business intelligence tools
Experience leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making
Experience working with multiple businesses in a matrixed organization
SAP or ERP experience
