About the role
- Uses specialized knowledge of technical capabilities to interpret business requirements and translate them into new application features.
- Collaborates with development teams to set specifications for new and existing applications.
- Configures SuccessFactors LMS module and ensures smooth implementation of the product.
- Researches other LMS tools.
- Manages complex application configurations to meet user and business requirements.
- Performs advanced programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
- Keeps an open channel of communication with users to respond to complex application support requests.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
- Experience and/or certifications in SuccessFactors Modules.
- Experience with other LMS technology such as Degreed, Edcast, Cornerstone etc.
Benefits
