About the role

  • Build and manage customer relationships ensuring profitable growth and long-term satisfaction
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities and deliver value-based solutions that link product benefits to customer outcomes and performance
  • Coordinate with other technical departments to bring tailor made services to the customers
  • Coordinate with all the other departments and teams to secure product availability and pricing ensure smooth execution of contracts and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor customer retention, providing insights into competitor activities, market trends and evolution and report on account performance and pipeline using CRM
  • Proactively address customer concerns, ensuring high-quality service and quick issue resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Animal science, Veterinary, Agribusiness, or related field
  • Proven B2B sales experience in similar roles and technical understanding of animal nutrition
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and communication skills, ability to influence and build trust at multiple organizational levels
  • Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
