About the role
- Apply engineering techniques to improve manufacturing processes and products
- Provide technical support and operations experience
- Participate in the guidance and oversight of external third parties
- Improve the stability, capability, and availability of processes
- Help plan and schedule maintenance of plant systems
- Monitor and manage variable and fixed costs at the site
- Help plan and monitor production shutdowns
- Connect with relevant personnel to benchmark practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent experience
- Fresh graudate are encourage to apply for the role
- Strong data analysis capabilities including continuous improvement experience or certifications
