About the role

  • Support the business sales operations and enablement strategy
  • Serve as a partner to develop and sustain moderately complex solutions for sales teams
  • Lead and coordinate the sales data management strategy across multiple systems
  • Handle moderately complex projects for enhancements related to processes improvements
  • Create and facilitate sales process and tools training for end users
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with email, spreadsheet, word processing and presentation applications
  • Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to solicit enhancement requirements and communicate with nontechnical business stakeholders effectively
  • Experience using content management and communication tools
  • Experience using customer relationship management tools as well as reporting and enterprise resource planning applications.
