About the role
- Develop and implement change management strategies, frameworks, and processes to support business transformation initiatives
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities, including user testing, data validation, and performance support
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective governance throughout the change lifecycle
- Facilitate innovation workshops, strategic planning sessions, and design thinking exercises to shape change initiatives
- Conduct change readiness assessments, analyze data, and present actionable insights through comprehensive reports
- Organize and lead stakeholder sessions to gather feedback, document requirements, and address specific needs
- Design and deliver targeted training programs and capacity-building sessions to support change adoption
- Drive internal communications to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across teams
- Build strong relationships across departments to foster collaboration and support for change initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience
- Experience leading change initiatives and influencing stakeholders
- Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of ITIL Tools, ServiceNow adoption (preferred)
- Proven track record in vendor governance and strategic change delivery (preferred)
