Develop and implement change management strategies, frameworks, and processes to support business transformation initiatives
Lead stakeholder engagement activities, including user testing, data validation, and performance support
Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective governance throughout the change lifecycle
Facilitate innovation workshops, strategic planning sessions, and design thinking exercises to shape change initiatives
Conduct change readiness assessments, analyze data, and present actionable insights through comprehensive reports
Organize and lead stakeholder sessions to gather feedback, document requirements, and address specific needs
Design and deliver targeted training programs and capacity-building sessions to support change adoption
Drive internal communications to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across teams
Build strong relationships across departments to foster collaboration and support for change initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals

Requirements

Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience
Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience
Experience leading change initiatives and influencing stakeholders
Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (preferred)
Knowledge of ITIL Tools, ServiceNow adoption (preferred)
Proven track record in vendor governance and strategic change delivery (preferred)
