About the role
- Leads development of application strategies and develop application roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conducts complex technical support activities to deliver on business outcomes.
- Partners with multi-functional teams, understanding their needs and value drivers.
- Leads the assessment, prioritization, and execution of incoming requests.
- Handles positive relationships with software vendors and negotiates complex contracts.
- Fosters engagement with key internal and external partners.
- Partners with IT teams and business stakeholders to help deliver IT Infrastructure initiatives and projects.
- Recommends options for improving processes and solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
- Experienced in network infrastructure technologies and support.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Experienced in application management, developing roadmaps and support.
- Experienced in User Communication, Stakeholder and Vendor Management.
- Experienced in SAP or other ERP systems.
- Experience in manufacturing operations environment.
