About the role

  • Supervise and coordinate all forest project management activities.
  • Provide strategic and technical guidance to outsourced and internal teams.
  • Manage schedules, costs, and quality of operations.
  • Measure and monitor project progress and key metrics.
  • Implement project management best practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure business value and technical benefits are effectively delivered.
  • Coordinate the operational aspects of assigned projects.
  • Lead and develop the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Forestry Engineering or equivalent experience in the forestry sector.
  • Knowledge of environmental documentation and permitting applicable to forestry activities.
  • General knowledge of silviculture stages, clones, harvesting, and forest management.
  • Availability to travel to the regions of Paraguay, Paraná, Primavera do Leste, and Três Lagoas.
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply.
