About the role
- Supervise and coordinate all forest project management activities.
- Provide strategic and technical guidance to outsourced and internal teams.
- Manage schedules, costs, and quality of operations.
- Measure and monitor project progress and key metrics.
- Implement project management best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure business value and technical benefits are effectively delivered.
- Coordinate the operational aspects of assigned projects.
- Lead and develop the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Forestry Engineering or equivalent experience in the forestry sector.
- Knowledge of environmental documentation and permitting applicable to forestry activities.
- General knowledge of silviculture stages, clones, harvesting, and forest management.
- Availability to travel to the regions of Paraguay, Paraná, Primavera do Leste, and Três Lagoas.
- Other minimum qualifications may apply.
