About the role
- Builds complex application configurations to meet user and business requirements while identifying improvements to complex application support processes and procedures
- Performs advanced programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases
- Plays a key role and keeps an open channel of communication with users to respond to complex application support requests and needs
- Conducts complex technical application support activities to deliver on business outcomes
- Partners with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers and business partners to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals
- Leads prioritization of incoming incident tickets and user requests
- Handles positive relationships with software vendors and negotiates complex contracts
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience
- Preferred qualification of 5+ years of relevant experience
- Own integration and replication activities to Payroll systems
- Conduct and guide others in the implementation of solution applications including requirements capture and analysis, development of design documentation, test and debug software applications, software configuration, support deployment and cutover activities
- Compile, prioritize and coordinate implementation of enhancements and defect fixes
- Contribute to the strategy and technical planning of payroll applications in accordance with solution compliance standards
- Support Global Payroll systems for technical defects, enhancements, or regular maintenance for Payroll Operations/Processing teams on system issues
- Integrate complex payroll technologies & process areas including data, business, reporting and security across a subset of the organization.
