About the role

  • Perform routine analytical and laboratory tests to support food safety and operational quality teams
  • Independently perform routine quantitative and qualitative inspections and laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products
  • Ensure compliance programs for all individual tests
  • Interpret and document test results in active databases
  • Conduct equipment checks and calibrations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build, maintain, and improve an effective culture of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Technical or higher education in a related field
  • Active CRQ registration (Regional Chemistry Council)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Availability for rotating shifts
  • Knowledge of analytical techniques (chromatography, etc.)
  • Previous laboratory experience
