About the role
- Perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks for the terminal and administrative and operational areas, ensuring established quality standards and food safety.
- Clean internal and external streets and yards using tools appropriate to the task.
- Clean equipment using compressed air or other appropriate tools.
- Perform internal building cleaning using compressed air or suitable tools.
- Use a pressure washer (WAP) to wash sidewalks, streets and appropriate equipment.
- Clean loading tunnels using handheld tools and compressed air.
- Clean elevated structures using compressed air (internal) or WAP (external).
- Remove sacks containing product collected during cleaning of tunnels, pits, buildings and elevated structures.
- Clean storage cells inside the warehouse for product changeover.
- Clean drains and storm drains in the stormwater system.
- Maintain screens on building structures and along warehouse sides to prevent pest entry.
- Collect terminal waste and deliver it to the designated recycling/segregated collection area, disposing correctly according to the respective bins.
- When necessary, clean scale pits, collect waste from the external railcar yard, clean roofs and façades, clean bag filters and/or operate an aerial work platform to perform tasks, or carry out any other assigned activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Valid driver's license, minimum Class B;
- Availability to work rotating shifts on a 6x2 schedule.
