About the role
- Responsible for validating freight invoices and processing payments
- Communicate with carriers to resolve questions regarding freight invoices, credits, and debits
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and execution of departmental procedures
- Request, collect, and organize documentation and data
- Perform administrative duties to support the road freight payment process
Requirements
- Intermediate Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, JDE E1, Neogrid, and/or others)
- Previous experience with administrative and logistics routines
- Knowledge of the grains sector (preferred)
- Intermediate Spanish (preferred)
