About the role
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor internal projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and implement strategies for projects in areas such as agriculture, commercial operations, or manufacturing.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and propose solutions. Achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Review status and budgets, coordinate schedules, and prepare reports.
- Manage the operational aspects of assigned projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in project management and project implementation.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software.
- Knowledge of PMBOK, FEL methodology, or PDP.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Intermediate English.
