About the role
- Provide strategic operational guidance and direction for production and operating processes
- Oversee and ensure operating processes adhere to standards for safety, quality, operational effectiveness and financial performance
- Develop, implement and maintain processes and programs for compliance with regulations
- Monitor employee and product safety and environmental compliance program standards for the plant
- Prepare, administer and control capital and operating budgets for the plant
- Implement operational efficiency improvements including standardization of systems and best practices
- Lead the team of professionals and supervisors to ensure staff selections align with future needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Reliability and asset management experience
- Safety and quality ownership experience
- Budgeting and operations planning experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
- Three years of supervisory experience preferred
- Digital fluency and acumen
