About the role
- Ensure daily packaging operations
- Manage Inventory of Packaging material
- Build capability within operations and functional teams
- Lead and develop the implementation of smart manufacturing
- Foster the operating approach for running the manufacturing facility
- Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions
Requirements
- B.Tech. in Mechanical/Food Science/Oil Technology OR Post Graduation in Science
- Minimum two to three years of experience in Packaging
- Continuous or process improvement certifications like Green/black belt
- Minimum of 8-12 years of manufacturing experience
- Demonstrated capabilities in continuous improvement
- Two or three years of supervisory experience
