About the role

  • Assess market potential and the current sales status.
  • Plan, organize and manage go-to-market (GO2MKT) strategies and sales operations for customers and sales channels.
  • Plan and organize sales programs, including sales methodologies, incentives, special campaigns and professional training for the team.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the industry as a whole, as well as detailed knowledge of swine production.
  • Oversee daily sales operations activities, executing and implementing sales plans, vision and targets.
  • Lead and develop a team, provide guidance and make decisions related to talent management, hiring and development, aligned with the company culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or Agronomy
  • Relevant work experience
  • Experience with swine production
  • Experience supervising teams and indirect channels
  • Willingness to reside in the Central Brazil region: SP, MG, GO, MT or MS, preferably near a regional airport
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) and availability for frequent travel
  • Master's or PhD in a related field is a plus
