Consultant

• Partners with the client's Research & Development team to ensure category customers understand the business strategy and to anticipate customer needs.
• Participates in technical engagement during customer contract negotiations and quarterly meetings, proposing strategy, positioning, and value propositions.
• Collaborates with the commercial department on product supply, application, ingredients, processing knowledge, and training.
• Acts as a technical liaison with the Marketing & Technology team within R&D functions, working directly with other departments to assess improvement opportunities and provide advisory and consulting support.
• Implements the category strategy and ensures all relevant teams are aligned to build overall category value.
• Continuously expands knowledge of customers, applications, and markets to generate new innovation ideas for projects.
• Evaluates performance against key criteria for customers with the most significant business impact and increases incremental contribution margin to meet agreed targets.
• Independently handles complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most complex matters to the appropriate team.
