About the role
- Implement moderately complex reliability best-practice activities and identify and prioritize opportunities to create value through reliability engineering.
- Carry out the development, design, and implementation of predictive maintenance programs and technologies in alignment with area procedures.
- Prepare technical reviews of moderately complex projects and collaborate with related areas on new equipment reliability specifications.
- Identify and eliminate bad actors and optimize equipment availability.
- Collaborate and provide guidance for maintenance and production repairs in processes related to reliability and the identification of critical parts.
- Independently solve moderately complex problems with minimal supervision while escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience implementing and managing execution of Predictive Maintenance techniques (Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis, Ultrasonic, Thermography, MCA - Motor Current Analysis) and Inspection.
- Experience with asset health assessment processes, walkdowns, criticality analysis, and Asset Health Matrix.
- Experience with maintenance activities, scheduling, and planning.
- Experience applying RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
- Knowledge of SAP PM module.
- Knowledge of NR 12 and NR 13 (Brazilian regulatory standards for machine safety and pressure vessels).
- Experience in manufacturing plants with filling/packaging lines.
