About the role
- Provide strategic operational guidance and direction for production and operating processes
- Ensure operating processes adhere to standards for safety, quality, operational effectiveness and financial performance
- Develop, implement and maintain processes and programs built to ensure compliance with existing federal, state and local environmental regulations and requirements for operations
- Monitor general operations and maintenance of plant equipment
- Prepare, administer and control capital and operating budgets for short and medium term financial performance objectives
- Implement operational efficiency improvements including standardization of plant information manufacturing systems, quality control, safety, and maintenance best practices
- Lead and develop a team of experienced professionals and supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Reliability and asset management experience
- Safety and quality ownership experience
- Budgeting and operations planning experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
- Digital fluency and acumen
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Experience in extraction process
