About the role
- Perform Procurement Operations processes, such as creation, modification, confirmation of purchase orders, and delivery follow-up.
- Support purchasing transactions, ensuring the completion of the order process in alignment with strategies and policies.
- Provide end-user support related to the purchasing process.
- Perform administrative tasks in support of improvement projects.
- Handle incoming requests in compliance with established SLAs.
- Address moderately complex administrative, technical, or customer-support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex matters to the appropriate team.
Requirements
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - required
- Intermediate Spanish - required
- Knowledge of invoicing/tax invoices (nota fiscal) - preferred
- Basic English - preferred
- Experience in administrative tasks - preferred
