About the role

  • Perform Procurement Operations processes, such as creation, modification, confirmation of purchase orders, and delivery follow-up.
  • Support purchasing transactions, ensuring the completion of the order process in alignment with strategies and policies.
  • Provide end-user support related to the purchasing process.
  • Perform administrative tasks in support of improvement projects.
  • Handle incoming requests in compliance with established SLAs.
  • Address moderately complex administrative, technical, or customer-support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex matters to the appropriate team.

Requirements

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - required
  • Intermediate Spanish - required
  • Knowledge of invoicing/tax invoices (nota fiscal) - preferred
  • Basic English - preferred
  • Experience in administrative tasks - preferred
