About the role
- Administer routine customer facing order management activities
- Process straightforward customer orders across multiple platforms following standard procedures
- Explain basic information and inform customers about order status and invoices
- Initiates and supports non-conformance inquiries
- Serves as the primary contact for customers regarding export shipments
- Understands and adheres to export and international trade compliance regulations
- Manages the full export order cycle for shipments from the U.S. and Canada
- Process standard document requests and confirm shipping and quality documentation to customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
