About the role
- Develop customer sales strategies and build relationships based on the company's values.
- Manage a portion of customer portfolio, new customer growth and organic growth.
- Process customer orders, manage overall order fill rate, and delivery service.
- Gather changes in the marketplace, customer behavior, and competitive intel.
- Nurture customer relationships while utilizing the Cargill Sales Framework and logging interactions on Salesforce.
- Learn protein markets/trends and apply to consult customers.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating more complex issues as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Proven negotiation and selling skills and experience
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Preferred)
- SAP experience (Preferred)
- Protein trading experience (Preferred)
- Data analytics experience (Preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Preferred)
- Salesforce experience (Preferred)
