About the role
- Develop and deliver employee and labor relations services
- Resolve highly complex employee and labor relations questions
- Provide thought leadership on employee and labor relations services
- Lead workplace investigations into allegations of misconduct
- Advise on the development of audits and compliance reports
- Develop and deliver employee and labor relations policies and procedures
- Lead partnerships with HR and legal team members for risk mitigation
- Negotiate collective bargaining agreements
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience
- Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience
- Advanced level of English (written and oral)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
