About the role
- Manage customer complaints and ensure appropriate corrective actions and preventive measures are in place to prevent recurrence
- Prepare reports for government agencies
- Perform inspections of finished products or raw materials to identify defect or error trends, supporting more complex tests and experiments under intermediate supervision
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to new team members
- Conduct document reviews related to product safety and quality
- Assist in audits and shelf-life projects through testing, report preparation, and final summaries
- Handle moderately complex administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields
- Organized with good time management and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate level of English
- Experience in quality management is a plus
- Experience with ISO 9001
