About the role

Captures, processes, prepares, and analyzes complex datasets to extract significant insights.
Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to streamline data analysis.
Cultivates and maintains positive partners relationships to understand their data needs.
Builds detailed reports and dashboards using various tools.
Performs statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
Identifies opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes.
Works closely with cross functional teams to understand data needs.
Coaches and advises to mature data consumption and analytics capabilities.
Conducts complex data analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.
Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
Experience translating complex data into information and actionable insights for stakeholders with varying technical aptitudes.
Proficiency with SQL and understanding of relational data models.
Programming experience, preferably Python.
Proficiency with data visualization software (PowerBI or Tableau).
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada.
