About the role

  • Ensure operational quality oversight of the production site
  • Ensure implementation and compliance of all food safety, quality, and regulatory policies and practices
  • Conduct certification audits
  • Apply customer- and supplier-defined standards
  • Support local managers by fostering a strong culture of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Analyze, review, and interpret food safety, quality, and regulatory policies and practices

Requirements

  • Minimum Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) (e.g., Agronomy / Agri‑Food) or a university degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in the food industry, microbiology, food safety, and quality assurance
  • Risk management skills
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Fluency in French and English (professional-level English required)
