About the role
- Ensure operational quality oversight of the production site
- Ensure implementation and compliance of all food safety, quality, and regulatory policies and practices
- Conduct certification audits
- Apply customer- and supplier-defined standards
- Support local managers by fostering a strong culture of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Analyze, review, and interpret food safety, quality, and regulatory policies and practices
Requirements
- Minimum Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) (e.g., Agronomy / Agri‑Food) or a university degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5–10 years of experience in the food industry, microbiology, food safety, and quality assurance
- Risk management skills
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate cross-functionally
- Fluency in French and English (professional-level English required)
