About the role
- Overall responsibility for the management, coordination and evaluation of the electrical engineering department.
- Operation and maintenance of electrical systems: Medium-voltage switchgear 20 kV,
- Co-operation of CHP unit 4 MW, including transformer system 10 kV/20 kV
- Motor control center up to 500 kW, 400 V/690 V
- Process automation systems and field instrumentation
- Contact person for utility companies and authorities
- Energy billing and energy management
- Personnel responsibility and management of the electrician team
- Creation of shift, on-call, and vacation schedules
- Organization of PPE, further education, qualification, and training
Requirements
- Completed university degree, technical training, or master craftsman qualification in a relevant area of electrical engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in the aforementioned main tasks, including personnel management
- Good German and English skills for daily work
- Intermediate Project Management skills (preferred)
- Prior experience in designing and building electrical systems such as power, lighting and signal (preferred)
- Extensive experience with programming logic controller programming (preferred)
- Experience with and understanding of manufacturing processes and methodologies (preferred)
- Prior experience in SAP (preferred)
