About the role

  • Order processing
  • Entering customer orders into the ERP/merchandise management system
  • Processing complaints and other tasks related to daily customer contact
  • Creating and monitoring reports
  • Monitoring orders and matching them to contract agreements
  • Monitoring consumption and contributing to demand forecasting and proposing improvements
  • Taking a solution-oriented approach to delivery bottlenecks/shortages
  • Supporting all customer-related projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s student (m/f/d) in Logistics, Agricultural Economics, Trade/Retail, Business Administration or a comparable field of study
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent German and English
