About the role
- Order processing
- Entering customer orders into the ERP/merchandise management system
- Processing complaints and other tasks related to daily customer contact
- Creating and monitoring reports
- Monitoring orders and matching them to contract agreements
- Monitoring consumption and contributing to demand forecasting and proposing improvements
- Taking a solution-oriented approach to delivery bottlenecks/shortages
- Supporting all customer-related projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student (m/f/d) in Logistics, Agricultural Economics, Trade/Retail, Business Administration or a comparable field of study
- Good communication skills
- Fluent German and English
