About the role
- Order processing
- Entering customer orders into the ERP/inventory management system
- Processing complaints and other tasks related to daily customer contact
- Preparation and monitoring of reports
- Monitoring orders and reconciling them with contractual agreements
- Monitoring product consumption and contributing to demand forecasts and improvement proposals
- Taking solution-oriented action in case of supply shortages
- Supporting all customer-related projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's student (m/f/d) in Logistics, Agricultural Economics, Trade, Business Administration or a comparable field of study
- Good communication skills
- Fluent German and English language skills
