About the role
- Perform maintenance, troubleshoot moderately complex programs, and modify or implement programming in computer-controlled systems under regular guidance;
- Use maintenance and reliability practices to ensure all assets are kept in safe condition;
- Implement and modify programming under direction;
- Participate in the design and installation of new or upgraded equipment and machinery;
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting of machinery and failures in instrumentation, power electrical systems, and automation.
Requirements
- Technical course in electrotechnics, automation, or instrumentation;
- Expertise in electrical controls;
- Configuration of Rockwell and Siemens power drives;
- Expertise in instrumentation for pressure, flow, level, temperature, and analytical variables;
- Preferred: knowledge in Rockwell and Siemens programming and automation (PlantPAx, PCS7);
- Preferred: bachelor's degree completed or in progress in electrical engineering or automation;
- Experience with SAP.
