About the role
- Assist the commercial team members to establish and cultivate effective partnerships with customers.
- Manage product demonstrations and trials of products and ensure work according to required specifications.
- Deploy relevant Cargill digital services and tools and help the farmers to realize the benefit.
- Assist the customers on nutritional aspect that includes diet design and disease diagnosis.
- Develop strong customer relationships at geographical key accounts in the assigned territory.
- Identify and gather information on customer requirements and recommend appropriate service and product.
- Support cross functional teams including strategic marketing technology to develop and proof new products.
- Provide technical training to the commercial team.
- Participate with sales and marketing leaders on customer segmentation, satisfaction and account planning.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum requirement of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Qualified B.V.Sc (Poultry Science) and Post Graduation in Animal Nutrition or Poultry Science.
- Fluent in speaking Hindi.
- Open to travelling at least 15 days every month.
- Ability to develop customer relationships and trust through technical knowledge and expertise.
