About the role
- Provide advice and consultation to internal and external customers about nutritional solutions and technology.
- Partner with key accounts to achieve trusted advisor status.
- Be the first point of contact for nutrition expertise within the local organization.
- Optimize nutritional requests from a nutritional and commercial perspective.
- Provide expertise in assessing new business opportunities.
- Guide local technical teams in rolling out new solutions.
- Develop training tools and organize training sessions to improve sales effectiveness.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proficient level in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Confirmed species nutrition knowledge and proficient use of formulation tools and concepts
- Over 7 years demonstrated expertise in species nutrition, feed manufacturing and on farm experience.
