About the role
- Performs routine activities, including processing journal entries and intercompany transactions
- Completing monthly and quarterly general ledger close activities
- Performing fixed asset accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting activities
- Assists with foreign exchange risk management for selected units
- Maintains the standard operating procedures and processes
- Supports positive relationship with customers, clients and other business partners
- Applies basic knowledge of operational practices, procedures and internal controls to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related major
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience; MNS RTR experience is a plus
- Familiar with PRC GAAP and US GAAP
- Strong process awareness and continuous improvement mindset
- Good stakeholder management skills and a strong team player
- Proficient in SAP and Excel
- Good communication and collaboration skills; English can cover daily work.
