About the role
- Develop and implement the global group strategy for delivery, specialization and differentiation of trade product control services
- Partner collaboratively with senior leaders to lead the design of the group level trade product control standard services catalog
- Execute the business group trade product control strategy with continuous improvement
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to identify and handle impacts of the implementation of trading and risk management vision
- Build key capabilities needed to execute against vision, perform gap analysis and talent capability growth or acquisition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Broad and deep expert knowledge in trade product control
- Confirmed experience in trade product control or adjacent function in a trading environment
- In depth knowledge to leverage technology in operational, reporting and analysis processes
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
