About the role
- Coordinates the planning, implementation and delivery of software projects, including resource allocation
- Leads and guides the team to design and develop high quality software solutions
- Reviews to ensure the quality and performance of software applications through rigorous testing
- Coordinates continuous improvement initiatives and leads implementing approved standards
- Coordinates collaboration with product managers, designers and other cross functional teams
- Leads the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for software applications
- Manages team members to achieve the organization's goals
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience
- Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Minimum requirement of 7 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience working across distributed technology platforms, teams, and processes
- Proven experience working as a product owner, in partnership with business product owners
- Proven experience with resource planning, resource prioritization, tied to value and outcomes
