  • Leads the collection, processing, and analysis of complex datasets.

  • Applies advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and support data-driven strategies.
  • Identifies and implements opportunities to automate data workflows and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Partners with digital technology, data engineering, and business teams to align data initiatives with organizational priorities.
  • Oversees data validation processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance policies.
  • Leads analytics projects and initiatives, mentors junior team members, and promotes best practices in data reporting and visualization.
  • Builds strong relationships with business leaders to understand their data needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics or reporting roles
  • Expertise in Power BI, SQL, and other BI platforms
  • Strong understanding of user-centric design and data storytelling
  • Fluent in English
