About the role

  • Playing a controlling tower role in a matrix organization, through evaluating the effectiveness of current distributor network (200+ scale) and optimizing the distribution channel
  • Managing 1~2 strategic distributor and driving business growth
  • Setting up a critical initiative of evaluating the effectiveness of current 150+ distributors across product lines and consequently streamlining the distributor network to fit Food GC business growth
  • Leading centralized management and guidance for strategic distributors to grow with key accounts across GC
  • Strengthening the performance management of the distributor discipline and target achievement to uplift distributor management standard and contribute to Food GC business growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience in KA sales management and/or sales operation/sales excellence
  • Work experience in the food industry or the supplier side of FMCG is preferred
