About the role
- Playing a controlling tower role in a matrix organization, through evaluating the effectiveness of current distributor network (200+ scale) and optimizing the distribution channel
- Managing 1~2 strategic distributor and driving business growth
- Setting up a critical initiative of evaluating the effectiveness of current 150+ distributors across product lines and consequently streamlining the distributor network to fit Food GC business growth
- Leading centralized management and guidance for strategic distributors to grow with key accounts across GC
- Strengthening the performance management of the distributor discipline and target achievement to uplift distributor management standard and contribute to Food GC business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of related work experience in KA sales management and/or sales operation/sales excellence
- Work experience in the food industry or the supplier side of FMCG is preferred
