About the role
- Responsible for performing tasks such as: adding raw materials to hoppers, weighing ingredients in the micro and macro weighing room, and operating the labeling system.
- Movement of raw materials and finished products;
- Replenishing macro ingredients and packaging on production lines;
- Operation of bagging, palletizing, and application of stretch film;
- Replenishment of inventory in the micro weighing room;
- Filling out quality records;
- Operating labeling equipment and applying labels to sacks;
- Cleaning and organizing the work area;
- External cleaning of equipment, including overhead cleaning;
- Supervising the activities of Operations Assistants in daily production tasks;
- Performing other activities compatible with the Company's safety standards under the direction of the immediate supervisor; operating pallet truck/pallet jack (manual/electric);
- Following occupational safety, food safety and environmental rules described in internal procedures, instructions provided during onboarding, and periodic trainings of the Integrated Management System;
- Using the Palm system to record/consume raw materials.
Requirements
- Completed primary (elementary) education;
- Experience in the area.
