About the role

  • Serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Gathers and analyzes business requirements.
  • Designs system enhancements, application testing, configuration, training, and support.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes supporting SAP modules.
  • Sets up and maintains application configurations to meet user and business requirements.
  • Configuration, testing, and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
  • Keeps an open channel of communication with users and responds to application support requests.
  • Conducts advanced application support activities to deliver on business outcomes.
  • Works with multi-functional teams to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and prioritizes incoming incident tickets and user requests.
  • Handles positive relationships with software vendors and negotiates contracts.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred: Experience in SAP S/4 Supply Chain Execution applications (Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Mgmt, Warehouse Mgmt, etc.).
  • Experience with integrations between SAP and external shipping, warehousing applications, manufacturing execution systems, and/or Third Party Logistics providers.
  • Experience working on high-impact global ERP projects, strategic initiatives, and change management initiatives.
  • Strong preference for experience in multiple areas of SAP S/4 Commercial applications (Sales Orders, Contract Management, etc.), or SAP S/4 Operation (PM, PLTP, PP, etc.), or S/4 Material Management.
