About the role
- Plan, support and execute capital project engineering deliverables for Cargill's Eddyville, Iowa facility
- Focus on small to medium sized capital projects from design to startup
- Oversee construction management and documentation
- Develop and apply engineering standards and procedures
- Provide advice on issues within the engineering field
- Lead the development of capital project scope, schedule and budget
- Coordinate staffing and development of construction, commissioning and start-up plans
- Lead equipment specification and procurement
- Help conduct cost/inventory/production control and human factors studies
- Establish methods to maximize use of production facilities and personnel
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering/project engineering
- SAP experience
