- Provide strategic operational oversight for a production process in a unionized chocolate and compound manufacturing line
- Oversee safety, quality, operational effectiveness and financial performance
- Manage a team of 30 individuals
- Implement operational efficiency improvements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Lean six sigma
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Union experience
