Operations

• Deliver technical execution of Windows endpoint services, including imaging, patching, software deployment, and device compliance
• Own and maintain the Windows core load process, ensuring consistent deployment across supported hardware platforms
• Administer and optimize SCCM/MECM, SCORCH, Intune, and Group Policy Objects (GPO) for provisioning, compliance, and lifecycle management
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex Windows endpoint issues, including OS-level failures and deployment errors
• Design and execute patching and vulnerability remediation strategies to ensure endpoint security and stability
• Support hardware evaluation and selection by testing compatibility and performance of new device models
• Develop automation scripts and contribute to engineering backlog for improving endpoint automation and user experience
• Partner with product and client experience teams to resolve issues, improve service quality, and align with roadmap priorities
