About the role

  • Independent handling of customer orders
  • Communication with customers regarding order status, invoices and other inquiries
  • Preparation of export documentation
  • Close collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Independently identifying and implementing solutions for customer support and logistics issues, including complaint handling
  • Proactively identifying risks and opportunities within the area of responsibility to improve order processes
  • Supporting and deputising for the team leader

Requirements

  • Completed Matura (secondary school diploma) or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • Relevant professional experience in customer service / order management / logistics / supply chain
  • ERP experience (preferably Microsoft Navision)
  • Quick learner with an independent, precise and goal-oriented working style
  • Some team leadership experience is a plus
