About the role
- Monitors IT and network performance to maintain smooth and efficient operations
- Diagnoses and resolves moderately complex network and hosting infrastructure or system problems
- Monitors and responds to network and hosting IT and SAP-related incidents, outages, and performance alerts
- Performs moderately complex protocol analysis to troubleshoot network issues
- Partners to configure and deploy new hardware and software
- Partners with vendors to resolve network issues and improve performance
- Documents network issues, resolutions, and performance trends
- Maintains backup and disaster recovery plans
- Co-leads information technology projects
- Partners to develop automation scripts and tools
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced experience in IT
- Experience in production maintenance planning
- Availability to be on call as required by the business
