About the role
- Provide food safety, quality and regulatory leadership for a group of plants
- Coordinate and drive execution of continuous improvements, best practices and consistency of policies
- Manage teams in different countries
- Promote food safety, quality and regulatory culture
- Drive accuracies through effective and standardized risk management and implementation of standards
- Anticipate risks and proactively take preventative action across multiple business locations
- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business and regulatory environment
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs
- Coordinate interactions with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of food safety, quality and regulatory topics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven and solid related work experience
- Proven and solid people management experience
- Advanced English level
- Master's degree in animal science, food science, food safety, biological sciences or related fields (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with related food, feed and health, safety and quality practices and systems (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in designing business strategy (preferred)
