About the role
- Coordinate and drive the execution of continuous improvements, best practices and consistency of policies, managing teams in different countries
- Ensure strategy execution and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, policies and procedures
- Promote food safety, quality and regulatory culture and brand
- Drive accuracies through effective and standardized risk management and implementation of standards and procedures
- Anticipate risks and proactively take preventative action across multiple business locations
- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business and regulatory environment
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience such as Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Food Engineer Alimentos, Zootec h ni c st/Animal Scient ist , Veterinarian and related
- Proven and solid related work experience
- Proven and solid people management experience
- Advanced English level
- Other minimum qualifications may apply.
