About the role

  • Coordinate and drive the execution of continuous improvements, best practices and consistency of policies, managing teams in different countries
  • Ensure strategy execution and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, policies and procedures
  • Promote food safety, quality and regulatory culture and brand
  • Drive accuracies through effective and standardized risk management and implementation of standards and procedures
  • Anticipate risks and proactively take preventative action across multiple business locations
  • Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business and regulatory environment
  • Collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience such as Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Food Engineer Alimentos, Zootec h ni c st/Animal Scient ist , Veterinarian and related
  • Proven and solid related work experience
  • Proven and solid people management experience
  • Advanced English level
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply.
