About the role
- Provide internal consulting and project management support for total rewards initiatives within the Global HR function
- Conduct general research and analyses on market trends, external benchmarks, and internal data
- Maintain key internal and external relationships to deliver consistent total rewards services
- Support the implementation of the organization's strategic total rewards initiatives
- Provide total rewards project management support by monitoring, tracking and updating project plan delivery
- Provide ongoing analysis support of total rewards projects and success metrics based on organizational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in Project Management or Change Management preferred
- Experience working in or collaborating with diverse cultural environments
- Experience leveraging AI tools
- Demonstrated ability to interpret economic data.
