About the role
- Handles basic human resources services spanning data administration, time and attendance, and other transactions.
- Addresses questions for employees and managers and performs administration activities related to time and attendance and payroll.
- Drafts internal and external research to maintain knowledge of industry and market trends.
- Assists with monitoring employee related legislation compliance and implements processes for consistency and compliance.
- Participates in projects related to process optimization and standardization.
Requirements
- Two or more years of related work experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel or spreadsheet applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Proven process improvement skills.
- Knowledge of state specific payroll requirements.
- Experience or knowledge of workforce management applications.
- Human capital management or payroll system experience.
