About the role
- Provide full knowledge of industry practices and technical expertise to lead the asset integrity strategy and culture
- Identify emerging license needs and complex assets integrity issues to comply with legal requirements and the organization's asset integrity program
- Lead cost and budget process to provide asset condition information and comply with business continuity requirements
- Be the first point of contact to inspection companies and authorities and lead the inspection process and documentation on site
- Apply in-depth knowledge to evaluate and analyze inspection and integrity reports to develop action plans, continuous improvement opportunities and eliminate bad actors
- Develop plans and oversee and evaluate the construction and installation of new build equipment
- Develop standards, leading practices and assets inspection plans to add business value and efficiency
- Guide the team on the asset integrity model
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- API 510, 570, 653 certifications
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
